Event Details

Fresh from the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), App Orchard invites you to an Internet Week panel here in New York, to discuss the state of Enterprise iOS.

Join us on Monday, June 13th at 6:30pm, for an evening with some of New York's leading mobile technologists and experts on iOS in the Enterprise.

We will explore topics ranging from WWDC's Enterprise-specific announcements to common best practices and notes from the trenches of mobile iOS development, beginning with the focal question:

“Enterprise iOS - what works, what doesn’t work, and why?”

We will also explore the following:

  • What are companies’ greatest challenges and barriers to entry?
  • How are developers integrating iOS to legacy systems? What are the biggest integration issues?  Security Issues?
  • What's still missing for more IT adoption?

And conclude with several forward-looking questions:

  • How can we take our shared goals and beliefs to define best practices and identify missing frameworks that will lead to greater success in this area?
  • How can the open-source community participate to raise awareness about some of these projects?

We are grateful to Pivotal Labs for hosting this event, and look forward to seeing you there!
